Welcome to Monsoon Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our lead generation funnel and related services (the "Service"), including booking appointments through forms directed from paid ads on Meta or other sources. By accessing, using, or submitting information through the Service (including providing your phone number for SMS), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended solely for business purposes and individuals aged 18 or older. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business entity you represent. We do not provide services to or knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
2. Description of Service
The Service allows potential clients to submit information and book appointments directly. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Monsoon Media LLC. We may cancel, reschedule, or modify appointments at our discretion, with notice where feasible.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:

• Not misuse the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, or harassment.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials (if applicable).
4. SMS Messaging Terms (Mobile Terms of Service)
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively checking an opt-in box during the booking process, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Monsoon Media LLC.
Program Name: Monsoon Media LLC Appointment Notifications
Program Description: This program sends informational, non-promotional SMS messages related to your appointment bookings only. Examples include appointment confirmations, reminders (e.g., 24-48 hours prior), rescheduling notices, updates, or follow-up confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional messages unless you provide separate express consent.
Message Frequency: Varies based on your interactions and bookings (typically 1–5 messages per appointment cycle, including confirmations and reminders).
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out will stop future SMS but does not affect your ability to book appointments through other channels.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by Monsoon Media LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monsoon Media LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Monsoon Media LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
